By purchasing or downloading the Unbox UI Kit & Design System for Figma (Unbox), you are agreeing to the below licensing agreement.
You are allowed to use this file in unlimited projects for yourself and your clients. This includes commercial projects, such as websites and apps, client work, and personal projects. You are not allowed to:
- Resell the file or parts of the file.
- Distribute or publish the file or parts of the file for free.
- Use the file or parts of the file in a competing design system or UI kit that you’re selling or distributing for free. This includes transforming the file or parts of the file into code and selling or distributing the code.

License Grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Unbox, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You are licensed to use Unbox to create unlimited websites or applications for yourself or for your clients.

Permitted Uses
You may use Unbox for the following purposes:
- Multiple personal and commercial projects.
- Modification and customization of Unbox for personal or commercial projects.
- You may publish Unbox in your Figma team library or share Unbox within your organisation only if you’ve purchased a team license.

Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Unbox in its original or modified form.
- Share Unbox with individuals or entities who have not purchased a license. Purchase a team license if you wish to share Unbox with your team.
- Use Unbox to create products intended for resale where Unbox constitutes the primary value of the product being sold.

Ownership
Unbox is the intellectual property of Donat Bali Papp. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights, title, and interest in and to Unbox remain with Donat Bali Papp.

Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Donat Bali Papp may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Unbox and destroy all copies in your possession.

Refund Policy
Since this is a digital product with a full preview available, there are strictly no refunds.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Donat Bali Papp be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Unbox, even if Donat Bali Papp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranty Disclaimer
Unbox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter. By using Unbox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
